Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must be citizens of a participating APEC economy and must travel regularly to conduct genuine trade and investment activities in the APEC region. The card is not available to the general public, and eligibility is generally extended to:

• Business executives, company directors, and senior managers involved in regional trade or investment
• Government officials participating in approved APEC activities
• Hong Kong permanent residents holding valid travel documents

Required documents & Application process
