Indoor areas & Public hall
- The 6 vertical loops (Top center): Baggage claim area. Six parallel conveyor belts located right before the central customs checkpoint.
- Arrival hall A1 & Arrival hall A2: The two main public exit gates divided by the central information desk.
- The Yellow/Blue counter strip: Located directly against the walls of the public hall, facing the A1 and A2 exits.
- Note: This is the dedicated zone for Local SIM cards, Currency exchange, and ATMs.
Outdoor traffic lanes
- First lane (Closest to the terminal): Dedicated strictly for Private cars.
- Middle lanes: Designated pick-up bays for authorized Taxis and the Bus to Hanoi city (Route 86).
- The large grid area (Bottom center): The main Car parking lot.
2nd Floor

Central & Side zones
- The T-Shape corridor: The entry walkway leading from the aircraft gates into the main terminal building.
- The purple zones: Main passenger service area.
- The Sleeping boxes are located on the far right side of this zone.
- The green center area: Immigration control. This is the main block containing rows of passport verification booths.
Key icons to spot
- Yellow stamp icon : The Visa-on-Arrival / Landing Visa counter.
- Red restroom icons: Located on both the far left and far right sides of the central service block.
