Accepting the terms

Please read the following conditions carefully before using the Simple Vietnam Visa website. By accessing or using our platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by the terms below:

• You will not use this website for any unlawful purpose and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations at all times
• You will not use this website in any manner that may impair its performance, corrupt its content, or diminish its overall functionality
• You will not attempt to compromise the security of this website, gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, or retrieve sensitive information without authorization
• You accept full responsibility for any claims, expenses, liabilities, losses, and legal fees incurred by us as a result of any breach of these Terms on your part

By accessing or using our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the platform will be treated as ongoing acceptance of the Terms from the point of first access.

If you disagree with any of the conditions outlined above, you must discontinue use of this website immediately and refrain from accessing any of our services or content.

Payment, cancellation and refund

E-visa (Online application)

1. Expedited E-visa Service

• The expedited e-visa service fee does not cover the official government e-visa fee of USD 25, which must be paid separately on the government portal.
• The expedited service fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances without exception.

2. New E-visa Application

• The e-visa application available through our platform is designated for tourism purposes only. Applicants seeking a business visa or any other visa category should not proceed through this channel.
• All fees paid in connection with the e-visa application are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• A refund will be issued exclusively in the event that the application is formally rejected by the relevant Vietnamese immigration authorities. No refunds will be granted for any other reason.

Visa on Arrival application

A non-refundable policy applies to all visa applications submitted through SimpleVietnamVisa. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately to minimize unnecessary charges.

• Once the approval letter has been delivered to your registered email address, the visa fee cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances
• Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete. Simple Vietnam Visa accepts no liability for visas issued incorrectly or entry denied due to applicant errors
• While we will make reasonable efforts to address discrepancies prior to departure, no refund will be issued where errors originate from information provided by the applicant
• Visa on arrival is valid for air travel only. By submitting an application, you confirm your intention to enter Vietnam by air. No refund will be issued if you do not enter Vietnam by air after approval
• In the event your application is declined, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days depending on your card issuer, and up to 15 working days in some cases

Delivery time

Delivery time estimates are calculated based on our 30-day on-time processing rate and are provided for reference purposes only. While every effort is made to meet stated timelines, exact delivery cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including unforeseen circumstances or additional document requirements from the immigration authorities. Please note that fees are non-refundable in the event of delays.

• We strongly advise applicants to refrain from booking flights until the approved visa has been received
• Should your visa be delayed by more than 24 hours beyond the stated delivery time, a full refund will be issued upon request

Visa processing and completion policy

Under standard conditions, processing takes 2–3 working days from the next business day following payment confirmation and receipt notification. In cases where additional documentation is required, processing may take longer than usual and applicants will be notified by email.

• Our service is considered complete upon delivery of the e-visa to the email address provided during the application process
• If the e-visa is not received within the expected timeframe, applicants must notify us by email within 3 days. Failure to do so will result in the service being deemed complete
• Simple Vietnam Visa accepts no liability for delays or losses resulting from incorrect email addresses or failure to report non-receipt of the e-visa
• Upon service completion, all applicant data and records are automatically removed from our system. Simple Vietnam Visa bears no responsibility for any claims related to personal data or privacy arising after this point

Force majeure clause

SimpleVietnamVisa shall bear no responsibility for service disruptions or inability to deliver visa services arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, global health emergencies, acts of war or terrorism, government policy changes, strikes, regulatory orders, accidents, or severe weather events. In the event that any such circumstance results in denied entry for certain nationalities, we accept no liability for associated travel costs or losses. Completed services will not be refunded under force majeure conditions.

E-visa amendments and corrections

Once an e-visa has been issued, no amendments can be made to the document. Applicants are strongly advised to review all information thoroughly before submitting. Any correction request must be raised within 15 minutes of submission — after this period, a full reapplication will be required at the applicant’s own expense.

E-visa validity period

The validity period of your e-visa commences from the date of entry specified in your application form, not from the date you physically arrive in Vietnam. Please ensure the entry date entered reflects your actual intended travel date.

Business visa applications

The standard visa on arrival service available through our platform is intended for tourism purposes only. By submitting an application, you confirm that the approval letter will be used solely for tourism. Applicants requiring a business visa approval letter must select the “Business” option on the application form before proceeding.

Limitations of liability

• Simple Vietnam Visa accepts no responsibility for any loss, delay, or cancellation of flights, accommodation, or travel arrangements resulting from an e-visa application that is refused, delayed, or not delivered within the stated timeframe. Where the delay or refusal is attributable to us, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
• Standard e-visa processing takes 5–7 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or system issues beyond our control. We strongly recommend submitting your application at least 1–2 weeks before your intended travel date.
• Delivery time estimates are provided for reference only and are subject to processing by the Vietnam Immigration Department. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times and accept no liability for inconvenience, loss, or expenses resulting from delays caused by public holidays, technical issues, or additional document requirements.
• Once your e-visa is issued, you are responsible for verifying all information on the document. Errors caused by us will be corrected at no charge. Errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the applicant will require a full reapplication at the applicant’s expense. We are not liable for any loss or delay arising from applicant-provided errors.
• Simple Vietnam Visa reserves the right to decline or cancel any application submitted through our platform. A full refund will be granted in such cases.
• Approval of an e-visa does not guarantee entry into Vietnam. Immigration officers at the port of entry retain the sole authority to permit or deny entry. In the event of denial despite a valid e-visa, our liability is limited to a refund of the service fee paid. We disclaim responsibility for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from such decisions.
• Simple Vietnam Visa is an independent private agency and is not affiliated with the Vietnamese government. All information on this website is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate and current content, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information.
• Applicants must carefully review all details in their e-visa application both before and after submission. Any errors identified must be reported to us within 1 hour of submission. After this period, Simple Vietnam Visa will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the applicant.
